Q: IOS 7.0.6 won't download on our iphone 4

my fiancé and I have the iphone 4 and have tried several times to update our software to the 7.0.6 it seem as if it downloads successfully but once we go back to the update it's still there to download it. We don't have a computer to download via itunes. Help please

A:

Important: Make a backup using iCloud. (Connect iPhone to wall power and Wifi)

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3992

After that, Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.

That above will reset iPhone to factory settings (also the latest IOS will be upgraded) and at the end of the procedure choose restore from iCloud backup.

You need to connect to the wall power adapter and make sure Wi-Fi is connected.
Then try again Settings > General > Software Update.

Do a
Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data

That was the first thing I did when it didn't work the very first attempt of installing the update.
