Error 12894 comes up when I try to watch a down loaded movie, never had this issue before ? Anyone have an idea ?

Hi I down loaded (rented) 2 movies from ITunes. I do this regularly and have never had an issue. When I go to watch it comes up with the error code 12894. Then goes back to the beginning. Does anyone have an idea or ever experienced this before ?

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.6

I can't find anything on here about what the error means, nor any solutions (apart from a reply from one of Apple's community specialists on here to user contact iTunes Support).


You can contact iTunes Support via the 'report a problem' page : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
