iPhone is not able to show data size of music, movies and voice notes?

I got an error that my phone doesn't have enough data available when trying to do the software update.

I try to go to usage to see what the problem is it takes about two minutes to show the breakdown. It shows no data for videos and voice notes and shows my music as only 46.7 mb but I know I have over 30gb. Originally this and photos said no data.

What's going on ?

iOS 7.0.4

Hello Theonick,

It sounds like your usage settings are not updating correctly. I recommend closing all the running apps on the device:

iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.

Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.

Swipe the app up to close it.

When you have done that restart the phone and try again:

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
