Q: My apple ID on my iPad doesn't match my online apple ID. I can keep resetting the apple ID but can't access or change the ID on the device.
I cannot figure out the ID for my iPad. It does not even have my correct birthdate. But my apple ID is fine. I can access it, reset it, etc. the problem is that I can't do any downloads or updates on my iPad. How do I delete my iPad ID and make it the same as my apple ID?

If you tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (or at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app) then you should be able to log out of it and you can then sign back in.
