    Thanks for letting us know.

Did your speak with the manager?

Perhaps that would be your best choice since he/Apple are teh only ones that can do anything.

    Hey Sumit289,

    How are you today?

If all else fails with getting a replacement or you don't want to replace all of your software you can easily fix it yourself.

I just recently bought a kit for the same reason for an iPhone 5 and was able to be up and running within 20 minutes.  I've always heard that you could not fix them your self, but apparently that is incorrect.

I used tvc-mall.com, but there are many other suppliers of Apple OEM parts, this is what it cost me.

tools are Item NO. TOOL-352          $11

    buttons:  Item NO: I5-9152A - Black $1.21

                  Item NO: I5-9152B - White $1.21

"Home Button Holder" Item NO.: IPHONE5-921 -if that's what's broke -$0.23

Good Luck, also per the agreement of using this forum "I must tell you that I have no connection to the seller I used to buy the parts and will receive no financial gain"

What does replacing all your software have to do with anything?
