Q: I am trying to download an album but won't let me, shows that iTunes charged me but unable to download lb?

Why can't I download album shows on bank statement they took money yet I don't have the album

What happens when you try to redownload by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
