10.9.2 SSL Issues?

After installing the OSX 10.9.2 update, I'm receiving a warning when trying to access certain pages (github.com, bitbucket.org) in chrome that the SSL certificates cannot be verified. This is also confirmed when trying to use Xcode source control to push to either services. I can, however, use the command line to interact with both. Frankly, I'm concerned because I thought this update would solve my SSL issues, not cause more! If anyone can provide any insight or help, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks to this fix I was able to partially fix my issue. Chrome is not giving me errors anymore, but the pages that didn't work previously aren't loading correctly.

Now, I'm not what you'd call a computer illiterate but I'm unable to understand the nature of my problem. I know it's not my network because I've tested it with three different connections. It's not the browser either, because the same happens in Safari. Any idea?
