Please help !! Urgent!

My iphhone started not working after awhile, and the "connect to itunes" came up. So after trying to restart it; i just connected it to itunes. Well it started to restore and such, and after it restored it asked for my apple ID and password. I can't remember either one of them and i can no longer get onto my phone. It says my apple ID starts with a 'P' but i dont know any email I have used with that. What do i do? How can I get onto it again if I know none of the information?
