Q: I get a "Can't open [book title]. It is formatted incorrectly or is not a format that iBooks can open." But it's listed as downloaded to my iPhone

Downloaded ibook and got confirmation of the charge for the book. But it won't open. ??? Message is in title--wrong format or not readable by iBook, which isn't clear since it's an iBook book in the first place. My software is up to date too.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.3
