I bought my iPad of someone else and they didn't delete everything like I was still using there apple 1d I changed it, but it won't let me download or update anything on the iTunes Store and their email keeps coming up asking for the password and I dunno?

That was not very wise of them to leave their data on it. You should wipe it so you can set it up as your own: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414.


Before you do, ask the owner to remove their iCloud account from it or else it will get Activation Locked: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2702
