How can I extract my music from my Iphone when my computer crashed and I only have it backed up partially? I have all my old CDs uploaded to it and songs from other download sources. Over 3000 songs. I'm sick about it.

I have a question for the cyberworld: My main compueter with all my music files, digital copies of movies, etc. had a virus that crashed the hard drive. We have been able to extract about 10-15% of the files off the hard drive but most is lost. I have all my music on my iPhone and want to know how I can extract the files from it back onto another computer so I can back them all up. Is this possible? I tried iTunes match but that only gives me the purchased music from iTunes and I had uploaded so many of my old CDs to my iPod and got rid of them. I am sick about this. Please help.
