Help! Dropped my iPhone 5c in ramen noodle broth

It only went up a few centimeters, to the home screen button. I know there is grainy stuff in the broth which is why Im extremely worried. Everything works fine from what can tell, but i have to fight and fight to get it to recognize the charger. I have a very hard time getting it to charge, and even then, I get a message that says "this accessory is not compatible with this phone" or something like that.
