After complete istallation of iOS 7.0.6 to my iphone 4, i tried to start up and message was displaying that sim was not supportive, try to replace another sim. SO kindlly refer me corrective action.

This means that your phone is locked to a carrier, and was probably hacked to unlock it from that carrier. When you updated the update overwrote the hack so the phone is again locked to the assigned carrier.
