How can I update my iCloud account?

A couple months ago I updated my apple ID from emailA@gmail.com to emailB@gmail.com and now I am having issues with something else and need to restore to a backup to fix my second issue. My primary issue it that I can neither restore or reset my phone without turning off Find my Iphone. I can't turn it off, because it won't update my iCloud to emailB and declines my password, which is accepted on iTunes. How can I fix this?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.6

Hello KaPew,

Find My iPhone can be disabled via iCloud.com.

Remove an iOS device or Mac on which you can’t turn off Find My iPhone

If you can’t turn off Find My iPhone on the device, turn off the device so it goes offline, then remove it from Find My iPhone on iCloud.com.
