Q: My apple tv takes a long time to connect to Net Flix, about 5 min.

When I turn on my Apple TV and want to watch a Net Flix movie, it takes about 5 minutes to access Net Flix.  Then when I select the movie I want, it takes another few minutes to get the movie up, it just keeps spinning around and around and says "connecting to Net Flix"  What is the problem?  I am up to date on the software but it doesn't seem to matter.

    Could be a network issue.

     

    What is your connection when using speedtest.net?

    Check for interference using istumbler or netstumbler

    Make sure DNS is set to Your ISPs (settings - general - network- DNS should be automatic)
