imac goes into Expose mode?

My 27" iMac keeps switching into all document windows Expose mode at intermittent and repeated occassions? I've even taken a movie of this phenomena. I've relaunched Finder and that seems to help temporarily but it is fleeting remedy.

Any ideas?
