Q: I just had over 200 dollars in in app purchases takin out of my account! And never got the first email that they had been purchase! And there is no way my 3 year old can put my password in! What do I do!

I had over 200 dollar takin out of my account!  But this just happen! Tonight an in purchase history they are not showing up?!? What do I do!

    If you didn't make the purchases then try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

     

    What settings do you have on your iOS devices ? You can use Settings > General > Restrictions on an iOS device to prevent in-app purchases, and to require your password to be entered for every download (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need re-entering).
