Q: Send email but disable receiving emails

I want to set up an iPad at work to send emails using my email address.

There are some forms on that iPad that could only be completed and sent from there.

But I want the email to be sent from my email account.

I know I can set up a new email account on that iPad, but doing that will also download and receive all incoming emails addressed to me too.

I don't want other people to be reading my mail on that iPad. I just want to be able to send them.

I know I could just send the form from the iPad to my email address and then from there I could use my personal device to send it to whoever I want to.

But it's tedious and increase the workload.

Is there a quicker way of doing this?

Thanks in advance.
