Apps store not working with wifi

Apps store not working with wifi. When I start Apps Store with Wi-fi on I get this mesage -- Mobile data is turned off for "App store".You can turn on Mobile data for this App in settings. When I activate Mobile Data, App store works fine!

How can I activate App store to work with Wi-fi? It was working fine before I updated to IOS 7.06
