iMac 27" Late 2012 MD095LL/A SSD

Hello,

I have iMac 27" Late 2012 MD095LL/A EMC 2546 with 1TB HDD. The drive is running very slow, so I want to replace it with SSD. Is it possible to keep 1TB HDD and also add new SSD? Or would I require blade SSD for this case?
