Im having trouble downloading the free music download pro on the app store. Every time i try to download it, it says "your purchased cannot be downloaded this time". Im above 17 and i still have a 9$ balance on my iTunes card.. Please help. I don't have a credit card so I'm using an iTunes card for my purchases..

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
If no joy..
