I updated to 10.9.2 two days ago and since then have been trying to revive Quickeys without success. Since the update it just refuses to work.
Quickeys is an integral part of my work day, with over 150 shortcuts and workflows.
Anyone have a solution?

What version of Quickeys do you have?
4.0.7 (131) — supposedly for Mavericks.

... which is strange, because Startley insists that the problem does not exist. Deleting the app and re-installing helped on one machine but not completely on a second.
If this works for you, be sure to deactivate app-nap via the terminal.
Solve the problem: Fresh install of OSX 10.9.2. and it works.
Just alloud in the system prefs - security - privacy - service help - activate the 2 icons of quickeys and it works:))))
