The security questions asked to set up account are not the ones I answered. HELP....I can't contact support because they are giving me the wrong security questions.

In order to set up my Ipad I had to answer seccurity questions. I am trying to verify the set up on my computer and the security questions asked are not the same ones I answered. I am an elderly women and this is VERY VERY confusing. HELP
