i have recovered, reset and restored and i only get the screens that page through with all of the different languages of HELLO. is there another fix?

i have tried everything recommended. (RESET, RECOVER and RESTORE), i still cannot get the IPAD to activate.

is there any other thing i can try?

The Hello page is the beginning of the Setup procedure. What happens if you follow through the Setup?
