iPhoto and iMovie are missing and now not free after reinstall. Is there still a way to get it for free?

I have reset my macair because of another software issue I cannot solve. It solved my issue but now I noticed that iPhoto and iMovie are missing and if I searched it in the appstore it is not free. I check the updates, it is also not there. Help please.
