camera and battery problem

Is there any way i could extend my iphone 5 warranty when the one year warranty already expired?

I'm having trouble:

1. The camera, it got a spot that seems to be there long time ago and i just realized it lately, I attached some pics as proof

2.The battery, I found that my iphone could suddenly shut down when the last seen battery is stil 20% or the least 12%, it happened several times. For the usage, I'm using it normally such as playing games, browsing and chating. I also have to charge my battery up to 3 times a day. Any idea how to fix this?
