Q: Question about in-app purchases

my daughter made some in-app purchases which I found out about once I got the receipt.The receipt said in store credit was used but the credit is still showing balance of 23.42? Will I get a bill in the mail? I have also now set restrictions

No, you won't get anything by mail.

Not sure why nothing got deducted though sometimes I've noticed a lag in iTunes in regards to the current balance.
