Hi I am trying to set up my hotmail email account. I have the correct user name & password but I am getting the message 'the user name or password for pop3.live.com is incorrect. I am not sure what this mans so how can I get it set up please?

Try these insructions:
When resetting your password, did you turn on two-step authentication? If you did, the Mail App isn't compatible with it - either, you need to create an application password and use that to log in using the iPhone Mail App, (instead of your Microsoft Account password) or disable two-step authentication to make it work.
