Q: Belgian ITunes Account linked with my Belgian credit card and impossibility to rent or to buy Italian Movies

Belgian ITunes Account linked with my Belgian credit card and impossibility to rent or to buy Italian Movies.

If I switch to the Italian ITunes Store and I try to buy an Italian movie it says that is no possible because I have to buy through my Belgian ITunes Store..,.. But if I go to the Belgian ITunes Store there are not Italian movies. How can I manage the problem?
