Apple update progress bar on iPhone 5 on moving?

Apple update progress bar is not moving on my iPhone 5. I've tried to restore and update but the progress bar is not moving. Any idea how to fix it? Tried different usb ports still the progress bar is not moving. When I unplug the iPhone from the computer, the phone itself won't turn on.
