Q: how do i connect my iphone 5c to my apple tv?

it gave me a pop up in the beginning that i ignored how do i get it back and how do i connect to air play to play my apps to the tv. i really want to watch the nbc sports live app on my apple tv

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.6
