What is meant by "redeem code" I am trying to  changr my Visa Card number to charge my tunes to?

    iTunes gift cards are an alternative way of paying for content from the store, and you add a gift card to your account by redeeming the card onto it - it's an optional field, you don't have to fill it in.

     

    Gift cards are not available in all countries, and they are country-specific, they can only be redeemed and used in their country of issue - so you may not be able to fill it in anyway.
