My son put a passcode on his phone and then forgot the code. We can not get it unlocked. We have tried to sync it with my computer as it has been backed up with my computer, however we backed up 2 i phones with the same computer and it keeps pulling up the other phone when we try. I can not get I tune to prompt me to make changes to locked phone.
Any ideas?

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.
