HELLO iTUNES

my sister got me an itunes giftcard and it says ive redeemed it already but i havent, it actually took the money out of my bank account instead.. now i want to use the money on my gift card.

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.

Have you redeemed the card onto your account or not ? If not then there are instructions on this page for doing so : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1574

If you have redeemed it and purchases that you've made since were charged to your credit card (if you were gifting content then that will be charged to your credit card) then contact and see if they can help with why your card was charged : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I more just want to get the money from my card now.. Im ok that it came out of my bank account ( I rather it didnt) but now that it did i just want to use the money that should still be on the card..

If not then redeeming a card : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1574

As long as you are buying content for yourself (and not gifting) then your balance should automatically be used up first before your credit card is charged.

How purchases are billed : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5582

When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.
