What model iPad? I assume you mean the lightning connector and not the older 30-pin connector.
You could put a drop of super glue on the end of a straight screwdriver and bond it to the broken connector. Then pull out slowly. If you get it partially out, you could use tweezers.

I was able to get mine out with a safety pin, just in case anyone wanted any other ideas. It was the only thing small enough to get in there and pry the broken piece out. Be careful not to damange the inside of the charger though! It is safely charging as we speak.
You mean the Metal part of USB is still in USB port?
Needle nose pliers and be careful.
Which is it? In the title of your question you say the broken end is stuck in your iPad. In the body of your question you say it's stuck in your computer?
My suggestion is to call your local Apple Store and make an appointment for them to take it out. Why take any chances of doing more damage to your iPad.
