in boostmobile iphone 5s is missing the option call forwarding , any solutions

According to Boost Mobile support page, Dial *72 to enable forwarding and *720 to disable forwarding. It is done by their system, not the iPhone.

You would need to verify if Boost Mobile supports this option on the iPhone with Boost Mobile Support
