How to clone the drive to a SeaGate SSD HDD

I have a early 2011 MBPro and I want to upgrade the drive with a Seagate 1TB SSHD but when I down loaded the Seagate disc wizard software my mac tells me it will not open or run a windows based program. How can I clone my current drive to my new SSDD ? I am also running Windows 7 Pro on bootcamp.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), also running windows 7 Pro

The preferred program by most of us here is Carbon Copy Cloner for copying the Mac contents over. There's a competitor called Super Duper, but it won't clone the Recovery partition. While CCC will copy the bootcamp contents, it won't make the bootcamp partition bootable. Best bet is to copy everything to the new drive from the Mac side, run bootcamp to create the bootcamp partition, then move the bootcamp data from the old to the new. Personally, I've used a second program called Winclone to move the windows data and found it to work well.
