Deleted iCloud from my ipad by accident, how can I get it back with my notes, calendar, etc

I was trying to turn off my ICloud email as I was having trouble with it and accidentally deleted it from IPad 2. Along with it I lost very important notes that I am desperately trying to get back (didn't realize they were on cloud and not device).

I am away from my computer so not sure if it was backed up.

Please send any suggestions for trying to retrieve this information. I think I recall my iCloud email account t name but not sure about password.
