Oct 5, 2015 12:24 AM in response to Allen Aby ChrisBedford,Completely unhelpful, thanks.
My Internet connection works just fine. But since the release of 9.0.2 I have not been able to download it, and I have tried several times over the past couple of days.
THE PROBLEM IS ON THE APPLE SIDE. Just admit it and we can all move on.

Sep 13, 2016 12:03 PM in response to ChrisBedfordby branok,I have the same problem, I didn't change anything in my network settings, any OTHER network connections work as before, but since (probably the same iOS 9) I'm not able to upgrade iPhone iOS through iTunes on Mac OS X. Download of new iOS starts, it downloads full image, but at the end it says : "There was a problem downlading the software for the oPhone ...... The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active or try again later."
I have no other internet problems, using the same internet provider MORE years ago than the problems appear.
WHY ?????? A few years?

Sep 13, 2016 12:10 PM in response to branokby Limnos,Yes, you and a billion other people are all trying to download it at the same time. That's why you have problems. Try again tomorrow. Do you absolutely have to have iOS10 right this very second? Let other people do the bug testing first. Maybe you don't want it after all.
