This is driving me nuts! I can't add or edit any contacts. My keyboard does not come up no matter what I try, so I can't type in names or numbers, nothing. Any ideas?? Hopefully my phone isn't toast :(

By the way, Apple: if you are monitoring these threads. This seems to be a widespread problem. It's a bit pathetic that 1) it remains a problem (has no one entered this in Radar?); 2) that people have to get help from other users because there does not seem to be an official tech update instruction in the knowledge base.
