Don't Want FaceTime to Auto Open at Login

The latest OS Mavericks update (10.9.2) included some FaceTime changes and now FaceTime suddenly shows a login window whenever I reboot the computer. It didn't do this before and I don't want it to happen now, but I can't seem to avoid it. FaceTime does not appear under Login Items in the Users & Groups panel of my System Preferences, so I can't delete it to correct this problem.

Does anyone know what to do? 😕
