I have multiple phone numbers and names on iPhone

Do you have toggled on contacts syncing with more than one source? For example, originally I set up contacts syncing with my three email accounts and ended up with three copies of some of my contacts. The solution is to sync contacts with one single account (your main one).

If you decide to follow this option, just toggle off contacts syncing with the extra accounts. They will be then be removed from the iPhone and only the ones of the chosen account with remain.
