Difference between 2 models

Hello guys.

First I will apologize for my English, but I'm French.

Then I will ask you what are the differences between ipad mini MD993NF/A and MD528NF/A ? I seek everywhere but I don't find any answer. I hope someone could help me, because I wanted to buy an Ipad mini, and i have the choice between those models for the same price, and I don't know which one to take.

Are you sure those are the right numbers? Because they don't match anything on this site.

However when I google them they both come up as 16 gig iPads.

Yes I'm sure those are the right numbers.

I know they were both 16 gig mini iPads with Wifi but as there are 2 differents models numbers, I think there are some difference but impossible to find which.
