You do not deauthorize iCloud.
Do you mean deauthorize a computer from the iTunes Store?
iTunes Store: Authorize or deauthorize your Mac or PC
Do you mean delete an iCloud account?
You cannot delete an iCloud account.
Delete any personal information from iCloud then simply never sign in again.
