Q: I have an ipad4 and when trying to register an account on a website my email address is not recognised even though it has been completed using autofill so it is correct. the websites keep telling me my email address is incorrect.
When I try to complete a registration form to join a website/ open an account using wifi on my ipad 4 I enter the details using Autofill.
Hence my email address is entered automatically and is 100% correct.
However I keep getting the same error message: your email address is incorrect.
My account is with BTYahoo and I am able to send and receive emails without any problems.
I' ve recently visited an Apple store and discussed this problem with a genius but they said they haven't encountered this problem before so we deleted my old account and added a new one with the same information but today I tried to join another website and again the email address isn't accepted.
Any help gratefully received.

every time I use auto-fill it doesn´t work, but if I instead type the complete mailadress it works fine, try that.
