Unless you backed the new iPod with the new photes they are gone unless:
- If you used PhotoStream then try getting them from your PhotoStream. See that topic of:
iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
On the computer go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and see iwhat backu exists.
I would also import ll photos into your itunes library

I got a new ipod so i backed up my old one. Then i started using my new ipod and took pics and i decided to now restore my backup and when i did i got everything from my old ipod but the stuff i took on the new one is gone(pics)... HELP.
