    Do you mean PDF?

    iBooks are not stored as PDFs.

     

    Do you mean PDFs you added to iBooks?

    The full path is:

     

    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.BKAgentService/Data/Documents/iBooks/Books

     

    To go directly there you can copy the above path and paste it here:

    In Finder > Go > Go to folder (SHIFT-COMMAND-G)
