"Reboot screen" after time machine migration

After a blue screen one morning I decided to check HDD through Snow Leopard CDs.

HDD and Permissions were fine. But still no boot.

After reinstalling OSX and full Updates I transferred Time Machine Back-up.

On reboot a dark grey screen appears and asks me to reboot, again and again and again...

HELP!
