"Memory sold by the Apple Online Store is guaranteed to be compatible with your Macintosh."

Other than Apple there are only two vendors with which I have personal experience and can recommend: Crucial and OWC. People have reported problems with many other brands, yet Crucial and OWC's prices are as good as any you are likely to find.

Go to Crucial and download the little app that examines your system and recommends RAM upgrade options.

Their prices are good but don't have to buy memory from them - determine what you need and buy it from Crucial or OWC / MacSales. You'd be paying Apple a lot more than either one of them, and you don't have to.

Not sure what you mean by "original" memory - Apple's contract manufacturers just buy their RAM from the same handful of manufacturers that every other computer maker buys from (there are only a handful of actual RAM manufacturers in the world). I've received new Apple machines with RAM from at least 4 different manufacturers (although Samsung seems to be most common, in my personal experience).

Reliable places to buy RAM for Apple products are

www.crucial.com

www.kingston.com (but avoid thier "ValueRAM" line of products - these budget modules have not passed the level of QC required for Apple motherboard specs).

Crucial and Kingston actually manufacture the RAM they sell.

Samsung RAM is also good, and is often used in Apple machines from the factory (Samsung also manufacturs its RAM products)

Another reliable place is OWC - http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/apple/memory/ OWC does not make its own RAM but has it made for their brand. However, they do actually test every configuration they sell in-house and guarantee it will work in the Apple models specified.

In appel support says for my mac can i upgrade max memory 8 gb and here in this link they have 16 gb! Can i use this ram 16 gb, in macbook pro 13 inc mid 2012 ?

Yes you can. Apple does not change their published specifications after a product is released. 8 GB DIMMs were not available at the time. They are now, and your MBP can be upgraded to 16 GB.
