Thanks for the question. I understand that you are experiencing issues with iTunes Match. The following resource may provide a solution:
iTunes Store: Troubleshooting iTunes Match
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4054
Songs purchased from multiple Apple IDs
Songs containing DRM (Digital Rights Management) may not appear, or may appear grayed out in iCloud. This can occur if your computer is not authorized for playback of that content. Try authorizing your computer, then manually update iTunes Match.
1. To determine what Apple ID your computer needs to be authorized for, locate and select the song in your iTunes library.
2. Choose File > Get Info.
3. In the Summary tab, locate the Account Name field in the right column and write it down.
4. Click OK.
5. Choose Store > Authorize this Computer.
6. Type in the account name from the Summary field and its password. Click Authorize.
7. Choose Store > Update iTunes Match.
Thanks,
Matt M.

Mar 7, 2014 1:49 PM in response to matt00by d_rich,Matt, when I choose File > Get Info, under the summary tab there is NO account shown?? I have authroized this computer multiple times while troubleshooting this issue to no avail.I have turned off iMatch and turned it back on, signed out and back in, deauthorized and reauthorized the computer, turned iCould off and back on. Nothing seems to work. As further background, the majority of my music is from CDs that I purchased and have loaded into iTunes. None of those seem to be available even though they show a status of "matched". I am at my wits end with it.
